The Options are Endless...
As the new owner of the property, of course the choice is yours as to what you want to do with it.
But, at the same time, quite a lot of “leg work” has already been done. The current property owners hired Khatri International, an engineering firm that has worked on leading-edge engineering projects locally, nationally and around the world.
Khatri International, an engineering firm, has developed two suggested land use options for the buyer of the property:
One 30,000 square foot executive home, with an additional 18,000 square foot enclosed parking area (on close to 12 acres of land).

Both suggested land use options come with plans to build a 1,500 foot tunnel into the hillside. According to Khatri International, Inc., it would be the first tunnel of its kind in a residential development in all of North America.
*Note: these options are suggestions only.
